Utilizing her worldwide network of hotels and “Service with a Smile” attitude–Suzanne and her company Meeting Matchmakers arrange stress-free, mutually agreeable contracts between their clients and the businesses that serve them.

Her 20+ years of experience in the hospitality industry began in 1998 with Marriott International. Equipped with a degree in Finance from Penn State University and a love of travel from her time at Tel Aviv University–Suzanne quickly rose to the role of Senior Group Sales Manager, earning the Chairman’s Circle Award for exceptional performance. In 2005, she was acquired by The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company where she led in sales for the entire organization, an achievement for which she won the prestigious Keys to Success Award.

In 2010, Suzanne founded Meeting Matchmakers, LLC. Built on industry expertise and strong relationships, Meeting Matchmakers is a certified travel intermediary specializing in matching groups with the right hospitality partners worldwide – and always with a smile.

Event planning and customer service are Holly's specialty. For more than 16 years she has worked closely with clients and vendors to ensure that no detail is overlooked, and everything goes smoothly. Her love for event planning began with overseeing youth camps and conventions where she managed every aspect from staff direction to coordinating last minute arrangements. Later Holly combined her passion for events with a lifelong love of travel, something she and her husband now enjoy sharing with their children.

In 2013 Holly joined Meeting Matchmakers where her talent for customer service and event planning could really shine. Together with Suzanne, Holly strives to provide the best possible pricing and personalized attention, no matter what size the event.
